Mindig futsz, nem látod azt a csodát,

Amit a lelkednek, szívednek adna át.

Kevés az idő, mondod te, de ha nem állsz le,

Nem érzékelsz a világból már semmit se.

Ember e földön a szép pillanatnak él,

Ez úgy kell a léleknek, mint testnek a kenyér.

Ezért ne siess, ne rohanj, s arra legyen idő,

Lásd a világban a szépet, mivel lelked nő.

Ne csak rohanj a pénz után s dolgozz,

Mert az ép testben, a lélek is fontos.

Tedd le terhed, s pihenj most egyet,

Gyönyörű nap süt már észre se veszed?

Engedd hogy beléd onthassa a fényét,

Boldoggá teszi s melegíti lelked mélyét.
