Amikor vége...

Amikor vége, az utolsó dalnak is,

elül a tapsvihar,

Akkor eszedbe jut majd, hogy az élet

milyen cudar.

Ez volt az utolsó, s már nem lesz tovább,

Megmondták a dokik, hogy jön érted a halál.

Megszeppenve nézed a tízezres tömeget,

Ma téged tapsoltak, holnap már nem lehet.

Ennyi az élet, majd egyik napodon vége lesz,

Holnapot kitudja, ma még mindent megtehetsz.

Amikor vége, az utolsó dalnak is,

lehull a függöny,

Szemed elhomályosodik, könny

koppan a kövön.

Ijedten felnézel, ki látta, de már hiába.

Függönyt újra felhúzzák, s mindenki látta!

Ők ünnepelnek, míg te belül gyászolod életed,

Ma még itt vagy, holnap már élned sem lehet.

Megmondták, a kor ezzel jár, halálos, s vége,

De az utolsó dal még járt neked, s ennyi ... de megérte.

the storm of applause ahead
Then you will remember that 
life how strange
This was the last, and there 
will be no more.
The doctors told you that death 
is coming for you.

You look at the crowd of ten 
thousand in awe,
Today they applauded you, tomorrow 
they won't.
That's life, and one day it'll be over
It will be released tomorrow, you can 
still do everything today.


When the last song is over,
the curtain falls
Your eyes get cloudy, tears
knock on the stone.
You look up scared to see who 
saw it,but it's no use.
The curtain was raised again, 
and everyone saw it!

They celebrate while you mourn your 
life inside,
Today you are still here, tomorrow 
you won't even be alive.
They said, age comes with it, it's 
deadly, and it's over,
But the last song was still good 
for you, and that was it... 
but it was worth it.
